“Roses (Steinway Rework)” by OutKast

DEEEEEEEEP. Everyone has been hopping on this deep house train lately and I am loving it. Deep house is, undeniably, the up and coming genre right now. From the same producer that brought you the amazing rework of MAKJ’s “Encore” and DJ Snake’s “Turn Down For What”, Steinway takes a classic OutKast song and takes it deep. Whether its the catchy piano melody in the beginning of the song or dark  bass rift, this song is a prime example of why deep house is on the rise. This song brings a lot of good vibes with it, so check it out. Follow DJ Steinway on Facebook to stay updated with his newest music. As I said before, this guy has big things on the way, and genre’s is clearly not a problem for this producer, just check his soundcloud and you will see he is a great producer when it comes to pretty much any electronic genre.

“Drop Top” by Flosstradamus ft. Travis Porter

Anytime Flosstradamus announces that they are releasing a new song, everyone goes wild. It is just a fact, they are two of the best trap producers in the game, which makes sense because Curt and Josh have been in the hip-hop/trap game since 2006. This song is an example of why Trap fans around the world bow down to Flosstradamus. Combine them with the mind of Travis Porter and you are in for a fun ride. Their newest song “Drop Top” could prove to be their biggest production yet, although it will have to outshine their “Original Don (Flosstradamus Remix)” which is still known as one of the greatest Trap anthems of all time. This is trap at its best, they do not try and do too much, they just take a fire idea and execute it perfectly. Enough of me talking about the song though, give it a listen for yourself…..

“Encore (Turn Down For What Steinway Edit)” by MAKJ

BANG BANG BANG. This song by DJ Snake feat. Lil’ Jon has been blowing up recently and taking the EDM world by storm, it pretty much is the new “Animals” (yes, all of us at PTB are just as tired of hearing “Animals” as you are, I assure it.) So what’s so different about this edit compared to others? Well DJ Steinway, aka Dan Snyder, took “Encore” by MAKJ & Henry Fong and mashed it up with “Turn Down For What”. But there is more, Steinway decided to produce the 2nd drop himself. Steinway turned this song into an absolute trap banger that would cause any club to go off. Steinway will be DJing at Flute East in NYC on New Years Eve and this is just an example of some of the firepower he packs in his unreleased song arsenal. Check out the edit below and like his facebook page to stay updated with his music. This guy is going to be doing big things in 2014, so you will be seeing a lot of him here on Pump The Beat.
