Chicago-based mashup aficionados The Hood Internet are back with this jazzy edit of The Weeknd’s summer hit “Can’t Feel My Face” over Daft Punk classic “Around the World”. It’s smooth, has a great vibe, and combines old with new. What’s more to love? Give this a listen and enjoy.
Dropping just hours after the landmark Supreme Court ruling legalizing same sex marriage, here’s canadian producer Isosine’s beautiful mashup entitled “Change”. Centered around Macklemore and Mary Lambert’s award winning song “Same Love”, this mashup strikes the perfect balance of subtlety, lyrical weaving, and emotion. It’s toned down, low key, and seamlessly executed. Well worth a listen.
Today we have a brand new vocal mashup from LA based singer & songwriter Lostboycrow. LBC brings together a unique combination of tracks, including “Take Care” by Drake, Lil Wayne’s “The Real Her”, and “Pussy Is Mine” by Miguel. This vocal rendition has a really chill vibe, and he takes a completely different but refreshing approach in this rendition of songs from some of the biggest artists in the music industry. Lostboycrow will make his worldwide live debut on Monday, April 13th at SoundExchange’s ‘Schoolnight!’ event in Los Angeles.
3 years ago today, we lost one of pop music’s best selling music artists of all time, and to honor her memory we’d like to present Titus Jone’s mashup that features the one and only – Whitney Houston.
Jones did a stellar job with this mashup. Who would’ve ever thought that Betty Who and Houston can be held down by a mainstream beat?
It’s true. We all want somebody to dance with, so grab a friend or two, and shake that tail of yours.

This week was a difficult one in finding the right songs to fill this playlist. Hopefully you all find use of these. Seems like the line drawn between good music and music that is down right horrible is becoming more and more blurred these days. But what makes music ‘good’ be definition. That, my friend, is not set something set in stone.
Dillon Francis released his remix to “Some Chords” yesterday that will be on deadmau5 5 Years of Mau5 remix album coming soon. Make sure you check out the crazy “Work” remix. Pure festival shit. Should not have overlooked that Minnesota remix. Beyond that, it’s all over the place. Love the weekend.
I don’t know about you, but when I go on flights, I’m usually passed out onto the person next to me. Well, the same definitely doesn’t apply to our dude, Justin Blau.
This “mashup” was pretty much born from a 3-hour plane ride. We get a chopped up drop from tracks like “Selfie (Botnek Remix)” to “Bubble Butt (Dada Life Remix).” If you’re curious about what other samples were used, the entire list will be embedded below.
So last week’s playlist seemed to do alright so why not take another shot at it. I put these together so that you all can get a different taste of what’s out there. Songs can be interpreted and felt much differently depending on thousands of variations. With what I have for you below, maybe it will make you feel some type of way. Right Now.
